I had black/purple hair and applied a colour remover which turned it a reddish brown. I then bleached it and it went brassy red on the lenghts and. Brassy at the roots. I did it again with bleach and my roots. Are blonde and the. Lenghts are still a brassy Red. My hair is not lifting and is now a mess. Please help wendy

Sweetie you need to go see a professional colorist, and make sure you explain all the products you have used on your hair recently. Please do not do any more processing to your own hair or you may just make it worse.
