We were together for about 1 year now. At first we were very happy but after a few months problems exist like little things misunderstandings , etc. Last day we had a fight because she said my words are always repeating in motivating her in med school. She said that I don't know her and I can't understand her that I don't listen to her. But I always do everything I can to understand her and comfort her but all pf it were wrong for her. I don't know what to do right now. Please help me.

Why would you want to be back in a relationship that clearly didn't work. Go no contact with her and start moving forward in your life. Find someone that you don't have "problems" and "misunderstandings" with.
