In my library there are two lines for the 30 minute computers. In one line people wait to use six computers and in the other line they wait to use 10 computers. Based on the number of people already waiting, how do I know which line I should sit in to get on the fastest? That is, what is the formula, with the number of people already waiting as the variable, that I should use?
