    How do I get custody in a short period ?
    My daughter is 19yrs old and my grandson is 2 months old. They both live with me and the father is not in the picture. She has depression (but not diagnosed)and she is getting full custody soon and wants to give up my grandson for adoption. How would I begin to get custody in such a short time? Any advise would be so so helpful.

    Why is your daughter fighting for full custody to attempt to give up the child ? What is the status of the father in all this ?

    The father doesn't want anything to do with the baby. She is getting full custody because he wanted that way.
