    I was right
My husband moved out and three months later filed for divorce after over 10 years of marriage. I suspected he was involved with someone and approached her twice about their relationship. She assured me nothing was gojng on. Six months after the divorce I find out they were and still are involved.I brought this up to my lawyer but it was never pursued. Can I get s subpena for his phone records to find out when the relationship actually started? If it started while we were still married can a suit be brought against her for interference in a contractual relationship?

Sure you can try getting the phone records, but what good will it do ?
As marriage is NOT covered by contract law, that's another dead end.

It would appear you are having great difficulty in moving on and excepting what has happened..
You really should let go otherwise this matter will eat you up..

How about just sucking it up and move on with your life.

You got a divorce... he can see whoever he wants to see... and so can you.

    Let the past go...

You've never talked to a married man, on the phone or otherwise?
The fact that they are involved now with each other doesn't prove the past.

It's an interesting concept, suing someone for interfering with your marriage. But a fruitless one, at least in most countries.

Your divorce is done, and I suppose your lawyer could have tried wangling more money out of your husband based on tons of phone calls at all hours of the night. That happens all the time. But it's too late now, and you certainly can't sue her.

In the past, when people needed grounds for a divorce this may have been an issue. Now its not.

The only possible issue here is maybe your getting a better divorce settlement, and that's a long shot.

As others have said, you are now divorced move on with your life.

Leave it alone! Karma will take care of that situation! I wish you well!

If it really starts to eat at you for the rest of your life, you should go to court to get it over with. It is, you have to admit, a bit late to do this, though.

Really? So you think the OP should waste time and money going to court to lose? And that won't continue to eat at her?

Are there small children to fight for custody over ? That is about the only reason any wrong on either side will be useful.

Courts don't care who cheated and why, if you want to prove it in court, most likely get him to give a statement, Your attorney is better used getting a good property settlement, spouse support and things useful.
