I am 30 years old and have been having sex since I was 16. Since then I have been dealing with PE. I thought I would grow out of it as I got older but it hasn't change one bit. I can last for maybe a minute. It really is starting to worry me and affect me mentally in bed. I would rather just stimulate my wife with my fingers than face the disappointment I feel inside after we have sex.
I read all kinds of articles on the internet about PE and the way to cure or treat it. I've read one the other day about the Masters-Johnson method and it said it had a 98% sucsess rate. I was wondering if this is true and if anyone had any other tips for me. Thank you.
