Heroin subutex and possible problems during birth
Ive recently found out that I am pregnant and when that happened I was already 5 myths and two weeks pregnant, naturally I was shocked because I had put on little weight and wasn't showing very much at the time.
What's worse is that I was using heroin during this time and homeless so food was not easy To come by I am now 1 month clean and have been prescribed subutex rather than the previous methadone. I am very worried and have only had the one ultrasound so far and just got in touch with a hospital to find out the next steps.
What am I expecting I am petrified for my child

You baby will likely go through withdrawal when it's born. You really need to make sure that you go to every doctors appointment, and do everything the doctors tell you to do.

Your baby is going to have issues, but they are issues that the doctors should be able to deal with.
