Hi the other day I had pain in my upper right quadrent that came in waves. I also had a sour feeling along my upper abdomen by my diaphragm. The pain that came in waves is gone now but I still have an upset stomach and haven't been hungry at all. I also noticed that I have to pea sized bumps in my upper quadrent but I don't know if there suppose to be there or not. I was thinking that my acid reflux could be a reason for all of my dicomfort but I haven't had heartburn at all. What could be wrong with me?

Time to get this checked out by your doctor, especially knowing that you already have a stomach problem, and to get the lumps checked out.
Stomach acid is very strong if you don't have it under control it can cause a good deal of pain and discomfort.

Even though upper right discomfort often suggests gall bladder problems, it could be many things, and of course you need this checked out.
