    Sharp pain in tooth for no reason
    I get a sharp pain in my tooth when I'm just talking a lot I brush everyday but I be having aches all through my face and bad migraines I just had 2 wisdom teeth pulled but I might have some more cavities what can be wrong

    It could be TMJ. Did you bring up these concerns with your dentist before the wisdom teeth were pulled?

    No because I never had the priblem until now and I never had braces what is tmj and I don't understand why I'm having migraines and facial aches

    This may be all related to the removal of the wisdom teeth, since this all started after their removal. Call your dentist or oral surgeon and let them know about these symptoms. It could be dry socket or an infection.

    But its all over on both sides how can it be a infection I took my antibiotics and its not at the removal site

    It could also be a problem with nerves that were injured, causing a problem similar to trigeminal neutropathy.

    Dry socket is when you lose a blood clot in the area the tooth was removed. It causes an awful aching pain. You need to see the dentist for treatment.

    You've never had dry socket. Call your dentist. Something isn't right.
