    How to get refund of north caroloina child support parental rights terminated
    Was paying child support and case was closed. How do I get the credit balance of child support returned to me?
    Non-custodial parent received notice May 12, 2012,from Lenoir county NC court indicating defendant's parental rights were terminated, effective June 5, 2007. Credit balance of $6,044.46 remains of record.
