Connecting existing bunk house trailer with 200 amp meter combo panel and house also with 200 amp meter combo panel... with 320 meter box. Do the electric company's have blankouts for the 200 meter combo panels. This would save a lot of money and time if I can connect into existing combo panels.

If I am correct, sounds like you have a meter and panel assembly, and the meter will be removed, as there will be the 320 amp meter ahead of this meter/panel combo.

Yes, the electric utility has glass plates to install in place of removed meters, and they have meter jumpers to install into the line and load meter jaws.

You will need to check with your inspector to determine if he will allow the meter in the panel to be jumped out as a permenet solution.
