Hi I like going for a run every morning but now I started to work and I have to wake up much more early so I'd prefer to buy sunglasses with my prescription _(6.50 each eye) but I went to the optician and he said my prescription is to high for making curvy glasses.

I have worn high index glasses all the time so I don't know how thick will be resin glasses without h.index and I don't know wich material is the correct to make possible the production of this kind of glasses.

I'll appreciate your answers.

I'd try a different optician and ask their opinion.

Your Optometrist is correct. If your prescription is above +/- 3 then then curved frames require similarly curved lenses which will be very thick (due to how curved lenses are manufactured) despite paying extra for high index lenses.
