My 18 yo son was recently arrested in Texas for possession of marijuana under 1 oz. He posted his own bail ($140), was assigned a court appointed attorney, and instructed to come back to court in November. I'm wanting to get any information regarding what he should do prior to the court date and also what we need to know about the legal process. Thank you.
