I have a lump on my penis shaft and have had it for just over a month now, at first it wasn't that big but irritating it was so I burst it and puss came out but from then it just seems to have got worse and more swollen. Some days I wake up and its bigger so I sqeeze again till it goes down a bit but I think its an ingrown hair that's infected? How can I help this please someone?

This could either be a pimple on it, (which I think is kind of rare) or it could be Herpes of some sort.
