Is there health issues that you take so much medication ? But stress, money issues, mens prostrate issues can all cause this.

If you are taking "all sorts of medication" what type and where are you getting it?
Most over the counter herbs do nothing. A few may help if taken enough months.
If you are buying "fake" over sea drugs most are not real or have other material cut in.

So have you been to a real doctor for a exam ?
