Is the retainer fee reimbursable from an estate which is currently in probate or even post probate?My mother recently died and oldest sibling will be named administrator. Has not occurred yet. The three siblings equally shared the cost of the retainer. Is this fee reimbursable from the estate once the accounts are set up?

Yes any monies advanced by heirs should be reimbursed from estate assets assuming there are assets left.
