I think it was made for TV it about some a brother and a sister and they grow up and the sister stasrt to kill people and in the middle of the movie you find out by a cop or a worker all I know is it a lady she find out that they were adopt and then the sister goes a killing spree and I think near the end she set fire to me ones house and also I think both the brother and sister had blond hair. If any one know the name it help me out a lot because I not seen this sent I was a kid.
