It's a credit card that also gives points which translate into dollars WHEN spent on their site.

I believe X points transfer onto the card when you first use it.

I believe they even have a pre-paid card with these "benefits."

Not really a "credit card" it is like the prepaid cards you can buy at Walmart or other majot stores.

It will have the visa logo and can be used anywhere they take visa.

Don't wait up for it to come, unless they changed, when I got mine 3 years ago, it took about 8 weeks for it to show up, after about 3 calls to them.
