Cartoon titles of the 80s
I remember I watched a cartoon, it was not series of cartoons, it was I think a cartoon movie, and the TV showed it only once. The characters were made of let's say paste, there was a man who was trying to make powerful car for winning an automobile competition. And the parts of the car were made different things, like the gear lever was made the handle of a door. There were something like a duck helping the man, and the duck had a tricycle, and it drove down a hill every morning to go to the man's house, and one important word or phrase I remember about that cartoon is ( OPEL TEMPOLAKANTE) and I think this cartoon traces back to early 80s up to early 90s. I hope somebody will remember something. I will appreciate your help.
