You MUST go to a doctor. There's no way to know if this will stop on it's own or if there was a perforation of the uterus during the procedure, or what.
Take a multi-vitamin with iron, drink enough fluids, and eat a healthy diet of dark green vegetables and lean protein for your hemoglobin.

What country are you in? Is it that difficult to see your doctor? Was the abortion done by someone with no medical degree? Was a D&C done? How pregnant were you? Do you have a fever?
All the more reason to go see a doctor, even if not your family one. They have to be discreet and keep your condition private. Swelling can mean many things too, from gas to internal bleeding.

You aren't reading my answers carefully, and you haven't answered all my questions, especially 'do you have a fever.'
We can't know which one of many possible reasons you have bleeding and swelling. Therefore you must see a doctor. Can't you at least CALL the hospital?
