    Been married 3 weeks and it is over... how do I anul it? Vegas wedding
    How long before I Anul wedding? He is Violent and an alcoholic. No room and he can not support me and I was mis led.No LOVE. Can I end it? Vegas Wedding! He is a stocker.

    I have no idea what "he is a stocker" means.

    You can file for annulment any time you have grounds for an annulment. Contact an Attorney where you live.

    I don't see grounds for anullment. Divorce, yes, but anullment no. Depends, of course, on the law of your state, but probably not.

    I didn't say she does or doesn't have grounds for an annulment. I said, "You can file for annulment any time you have grounds for an annulment. Contact an Attorney where you live."

    If he grossly misrepresented himself and she can prove it, I believe she has grounds. Of course, I don't know where she lives. That's why I suggested that she contact an Attorney.
