Try talking to him about it. As you said, he's busy with his parents and work. Maybe he's just not got much time right now. I can see why you think he might dump you but don't jump to conclusions yet.

I think that unless you two TALK to each other about what changes are going on (and changes are normal as you settle in with each other), then the relationship is doomed, regardless of who does the dumping.
