It is absolutely permissible for this marriage. However, expect some difficulty, in raising children, choosing a place of worship, circle of friends.

It is allowed. If you love each other enough to struggle through the undoubted differences you will encounter, I say go for it. Allah would not be unhappy with your union. Alhumdulilah
