    Lack of confidence
Not sure why I have an issue with my confidence. I am well educated with two degress including a masters, very athletic, have a stable job, and a good looking guy. I should be confident, full of excitement, and have a ton of energy but I struggle with myself confidence. I feel that I should be further along in my life, be in a higher position in my career, and be married with a family especially now in my mid 30's. I have struggled with confidence my entire life. Does anyone have ideas on how to build confidence in themselves.

You will now learn a lot of confidence by sparring with two cats and a new pup.

You need some Dale Carnegie courses. I don't know a better way to gain confidence in many ways through Dale Carnegie. You should investigate on line, and I know I could have provided a link but you can do that through Google.
