My question is can marriage certificates be made by scammers? I am told l am married and once l got registered with my canadian government, my so called husband laughted at me and said l amaze him.
L just don't know where to start with this question or how to explain it but l will try.
L was asked by a man to marry him, l excepted after knowing him for only 4 days online but my certificate shows 2 days after talking we were married.
Once the marriage was set, that is when the scamming started but at the time, l did not think that of been scammed until 1 yr later or more.
So, are there marriage certificates that can be made up fraudulently from Accra Ghana?
