Miss her after she went off to college
I felt strong attachment to this girl, and being out of contact and not together feels weird. She went to college a little earlier than I did and I noticed how much fun she is having on her FB with all the parties, etc, while I'm stuck at home thinking about her. How can I get this girl off my mind?

Stop looking at all her fun, and do your own thing, and have your fun. You are only as stuck as you allow yourself to be.

Thanks. I kind of already knew the answer but sometimes the extra push from someone else can help.

    Yea we were dating..
Probably should have been more specific on that... the funny part is we only went out for a month and a half during summer, but both of us agreed that this was the best relationship we've ever been involved in. On the last day before she left she was all like, you know we're very compatible right? And that kind of just tore at my heart cause I knew wouldn't see her for a long time and that we would be just friends next time we meet. It seems ridiculous to me even that I still think of her like this cause I'm not used to having this strong of feelings for a girl.
