Okay so I have my nose and bellybutton pierced and neither of those hurt that much and I'm thinking about getting my lip done. So my questions are how bad is the pain? Is it more painful on the top lip or the bottom lip? And also is it a hard piercing to care for?

Any piercing comes with risk. Piercing around the mouth area comes with more risks just from where it is, yours will be partially inside.

From your explanation, you probably have a low pain thresshold, meaning you don't feel pain all that much,which is good, so you will breeze through the lip piercing.

Just remember to keep this one extra clean.
