Hi, I'm from Ohio an I had a question... my fience was sent to jail in hamilton county, an the whole time there he had a holder for butler county being in there 6 months he bonded out, and got sent to butler county and sentenced on probation violation,does he get time credit for the time he was in hamilton county too??

Up to the judge and how his attorney ( if he had one) made his motions.

My guess, he had no attorney and he will not get credit for the time served.
