in may 2011 I had cataract surgery and ended up with a double dose of versed. In November 2011 I was diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment which I believe is also early onset dementia. I also started having seizures in November and am on 150 mg on lyrica 2x a day. My doctor said lyrica is a low dose and not enough to create the problems I'm now having.He also said the mci was caused by a small malformation in left temporal lobe, and having seerious bouts of menningitis 3x in my life.I'm also on namenda and the exelon patch which are helping.

I'm not sure when the thinking and memory problems started, but my question is if either the versed or lyrica could have caused this.

I'm reading that either the versed or lyrica "could have" caused "this." The only way to know 100% is to get the opinion of an unrelated Physician.

Have you researched both drugs?
