    Toilet Flange too low
I am in the process of putting tile on my bathroom floor and the toilet flange will sit about 1 inch below the new floor level. Can this space be made up with a wax ring or will the flange need to be replaced?

There is a refit kit that elevates the surface with another Hard plastic ring and the wax seal goes on top of that. Now and Inch seems a bit high, but with the proper seals in between rings... you might have to put 2 of them... take a good look if you have thicker ones available where you live... that could help. Also make sure that there is NO movement with the toilet once you re-install it. You should be fine.
    All the best
