    Smelly discharge
I am currently 19 years old and is sexually active. I been having these discharges that gives off a bad odor. The color is usually yellow when I wipe. I just recently made a doctors appointment 3 weeks ago and was told I did not have an infection. The diagnosis concerns me because I had an infection before like 6 months ago and I never felt like it went away.I tried monostat 7 which doesn't help.I was taking for the last 4 days birth control pills which made me sick so I discontinued use. I had also just recently had sex and the condom broke and when it broke my partner had already inside what we both thought was the condom. I took the day after pill. I know this isn't smart on my part but unprotected sex after taking the first dose of the day after pills he had inside me then took the second dose as instructed by the box which was twelve hours later. I have a light brown discharge with bad odor. Im not sure what is going on with me. I have symptoms like nausea and headaches and more emotional than I realize. Im not sure if it the pills or the infection that's causing my body to feel this way. I have had stomach digestion problems like my stomach is just upset more than usual. Im just really confused on what's going on with me.

If something is still wrong, then you need to see another Dr. and have it investigated further.

Thank you for your opinion I think you are right I just didn't know if it should cause I mean the doctor did a pap but it came out normal but I didn't have the symptoms of having normal discharging or any of the other symptoms I mentioned above.

We've all had things happen after a Dr. visit. Better to go see what it is than to wait any longer.

And when you see the doctor give him all for the info. It really sounds like an infection

Thanks for your advice like I'm not sure what's going on but I usually get my period like the 3rd of every month I get it regular but like I just noticed when I wiped light a light red orangish color. I got checked for sti's and stds the doctor told me everything was negative. Im just concerned and the feeling of going again and not trusting the doctor is weird for me cause you are really suppose to be able to trust the doctors and the diagnosis they give, but this isn't normal so I'm going to take your advice I appreciate the advice
