My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. I've been on celexa for the past 6 months and don't want to be on it since I've heard it causes birth defects. I'm trying to get off it since I don't want to struggle getting off it once I am pregnant. I've tried being off it for the past 2 weeks and I feel like I need to get back on it. What are the danger of being on celexa before and during pregnancy. My daily dose is 20 mg.
