Was my father adopted? He was deceased in 1959.

I'm wondering why you even think we know who you are talking about? Were you on another site? You do realize that it will take months, maybe years of research to find out, and you may never find out?

Well, without knowing his name it's difficult to say.

Many people died in 1959. Many of those people were adopted.

You really gave no information at all. We're not psychics. We can't even guess based on the info you provided. The only thing we can tell you is that you had a father, and he died in 1959.

More info, and we may be able to help. But you'd have to provide a lot more info then you have.

Is there any family record of an adoption ? But it is unlikely without hiring a PI that you will find out anything, Even with one it will be hard.

I assume you have checked sites like ancestry.com and other family sites?
