I recently had a hymenectomy a week ago. I have am in extreme pain, and have an off and on fever. My pain meds aren't helping , I am on antibiotics, I went to er and they tried to do a pelvic exam and couldn't do it! What should I do ? I am in so much pain,

Lie in the bathtub full of warm water and a wash cloth with some olive oil on it (or any oil).
Listen to music or watch TV for distraction, for now.
Look at your vagina with a mirror and see if there is any discharge or extreme redness.
What pain meds did they give you? Why did you have a hymenectomy? Were they unable to look because of your pain, or some other reason? Have you talked to your regular doctor, rather than the ER?
