You would be wasting your money.

Be careful! I am a dietitian at a Transplant Center and in the last two days we have had two patients, both over 65 years old, referred to us with liver disease: both with high iron levels and what appears to be hemochromatosis. Both of these patients were drinking Nopalea. We have told both patients to stop until we can find more research about this product. May be a coincidence, but we don't know yet.
