    19 years ago I had surgery on both my breasts due to re-occurring abcesses on the nipples, over the last week or so one of my nipples as become quite sore and I can feel a small lump beside it

    What is your question? Is this another abcess?

    It could be an abcess, a tumor. Go to a Doctor.
