I have a couple of these weird bumps or boils in my pubic area, sadly I picked at and squeezed them. They were filled with blood and puss, I'm scared; do I have some kind of STD? Someone help, I'm 13 and I masturbate occasionally and I have shaved my pubic hair before, so please tell me what's wrong :(

Sounds like most likely a ingrown hair or just a boil, people do get boils.
