How much if I get tax refund, single and below 180 days in California

Hi Team,

I came in US on 13july 2012. Which means that I have not completed the 180 days in US for the tax calculation of 2008. I have a plan to move to india in Feb 2013.

Home country : India
Company : US Company
Visa : H1B
State: CA
Personal : Single

Can you please clarify am I get full tax refund for this year, since I am going to stay here only 165 days for this year.
