The infection is under the foreskin and also on the penis, when I wash with warm water it feels nice, Dr Dermatologist has informed me that it is neither a bacterial infection nor a yeast infection (since fluconazol 200 mg, was prescribed)

Fluconazol 200 is used for fungal infections. You happen to have it in a very difficult spot. Has doctor suggested removing the foreskin?

Thanks for your help, Praise God! The area is cleared, the healing process was slow. Now it has completely cleared, the doctor said it was not an infection, as informed I just cleaned the penis with warm water and poured coconut oil twice daily, I feel it could be the spermicide in the condom.

Either you are allergic to the spermicide or the latex; can you purchase condoms where you are in any other material?

I think condoms made from polyurethane would be better as per the information on the web, there one named Durex, I will check with the manufactures the one without spermicide and latex.
    Thanks
