Hi ____ , I think I have autisim or ADHD , I feel socially awkard and sometimes I feel like not joing in to conversations sometimes I join in peoples conversations and I am over exicted sometimes , I also in the past had been noticed by teachers but my parents though noting of this . This has been developing over time , I have expression and speech issues , I also sometimes can't spell well , Also I'm bad at maths and struggle but in english I'm better at it . I also have to have something in my hand to stop me becoming bored . I can't add up or take away properly , I also when I was a baby fell off the couch and still to this day have a bump on my head . I find walking easy , I get fustraited when I can't do sometthing but when someone makes a joke about something I just easily get upset about some stuff and sometimes when someone upsets me I feel down . What's going on?

No

Only a real-life doctor can figure out what is going on. I don't know you, can't see you, can't talk with you. My first impression is NOT autism. The fall when you were a baby may have caused mental problems.

Please have a good checkup and probably tests done.

But most pre teens or early teens feel like they don't fit in.
Many people do good in one subject and poorly in others. Even people who are extreme smart, may be very poor in social skills or lack or do poorly in one or two subjects.

Have your parents gotten you tutors ? How about medical evaluation?
