Is it right for a grandmother to shower with her 5 year old grandson
Is it normal and moral for grandmother to shower with her 5 year old grandchild?

Moral? You would have to ask on a religious board.

Normal? I don't think it's abnormal. It's one of those, "What are the circumstances?" questions.

It obviously troubles you. Why is that?

I agree with judy. What are the circumstances. My daughter showered with me when she was 5, for no other reason than she wanted to come with me. I see no harm in that.

My daughter is 10. If we're in a rush in the morning she will sometimes have a shower with me to save time.

I see no harm in it. But, you're the parent. If this bothers you, then talk to grandma about it.

I really don't see the difference between giving a child a bath, and showering with the child. I still have to wash my daughters hair when she bathes, because she doesn't get all the soap out. So really, what's the difference, unless you're someone hung up on nudity, which I'm not.

And what country or what nationality is this. Common baths or bathing together is more common in some cultures than others. As is family use of bathrooms and the such.

Is there something about this that bothers you ? Is child living with grandma ?
