I dranked 3beers the last beer was at6pm had to test at 8am but I've been drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice would it help

Clearance time for 3 beers would be in range of 22-32 hours. At the time span quoted you would be near peak levels. The impact of the liquid is questionable but anything is possible with this test.
