T found out r 2 yr old daughters r not his. Can he adopt them and give my daughters his last name? Even if we r not married? I live in Indiana. Thank you

You have been with the same "boyfriend" for 7 years. You have two 2-year old daughters who is not his children. You live in Indiana and want to know if he can adopt them.

In order to adopt the children your boyfriend needs to be your husband and you need the consent of the birth father.

So, no, he can't adopt them.
