I have married to a Ukrainian girl , after staying together for few
Months I realised that things are not working good between us so I
Moved to India which is my native place , now I am looking for a
Divorce from her but the problem is that I cannot go back to Ukraine
And that girl is not willing for divorce and asking for a huge
Compensation .

Could you please advise me below :

1) Can I apply for the single petition divorce in court from my end
And get divorce from her ?
2) Is it necessary for me to go Ukraine to get divorce from her ?
3) How long it will take to get divorce from her since she is not
Ready for divorce ?
4) Could you please advise me some basic point for divorce in Ukraine ?

You can divorce from your native India where you are now. You don't have to return to where you married in the Ukraine to do it.

All indian laws apply as to how and how long the divoorce will take however.

I am sorry you are having such a problem. I can see you are lost and confused over this.

And perhaps English is not your first language, since it appears you got a good answer.

But it should be possible where you are at, you should get an attorney locally to do this for you
