I have been off birth control for about two years and I started taking birth control (cryselle) on the first day of my last period (aug. 27) and started having unprotected sex after my period was over (dr. said it should be effective). I am now having light pink blood after intercourse. Could this be related to the pill?

Yes. Spottng is very normal while your body is adjusting. If it continues more than 5 days, see your doctor.

It's possible that it's related to the pill, but we can't tell you for sure. Pregnancy is also possible, as is an STD.
