    Skin Dressing
I've hurt my toe. I tripped over and fell down a set of steps at a dance workshop day and caught my big toe on the metal edging on the step and sliced a layer of skin off the bottom of my big toe. It bled a lot but we got it cleaned up and put a temporary dressing on it and bandaged it up so that it wouldn't move, and I didn't dance for the rest of today. I went to a walk-in clinic later that day and got it properly cleaned and dressed a bit more securely, so it's clean and protected for now. I was just wondering when I'm going to have to change the dressing, and what should I do for it when I DO have to take off the dressing? Thank you!

You will have to leave it on for a little while to avoid infection and cover your foot with a plastic bag securely tight to avoid any contact with water when you take a shower, as long as you keep it clean 1 week is a good bet.
Sorry to hear about your Bubo hope you reestablish soon.
You can also contact the Dr who took care of it for more info's.
