I am on birth control but I never take the sugar pills. I then had unprotected sex before my menstrual on sept 4th, Which made me a day late for my menstral. The next day sept 6 I got my menstrual it was brown spottish a little, with cramps. Then the following day it was full on bleeding heavy and red. I took a pregnancy test sept 7 and it said negative, I'm still on my menstrual and I decided to get off the pill should I wait to see if I'm pregnant or not. Im trying to conceive but kind of confused.

Birth control pills are not 100 percent at all. Next how old are you ?

You can't take a pregnancy test a few days after and get anything but NEG. You have to wait till next month and see if you have or miss that period. If you miss it, a week after you miss it, then you take the pregnancy test

Your age doesn't matter. You will now have to wait to see if your next period comes. If not, take a HPT using first morning urine.
