I saw something move inside me and felt like a heart beat too. I took a pregnancy test but it was negative. I'm on the birthcontrol implanon, so I have no idea what's going on. PLEASE HELP!

If you can see movement and felt a heart beat you would be so pregnant that it would show.

This is very far fetched. First of all, you don't get pregnant in your stomach (the part above your belly button). I suppose if you are thin enough you might see gas move in your stomach... and your solar plexus has an aortic pulse right behind it.. as do many vessels close to the surface.
