They might even have you criminally charged... and yes they can keep you apart. Hes a minor... its all what THEY decide to allow.

Not yet. But we live in Arkansas so it's not illegal for us to have sex since he's 16. That's the law in Arkansas. But they're also aware that we have been having sex.

Until he turns 18, they are well within their legal rights to keep you apart. And if you persist... that is itself a crime. Parental interference.

Yes he is a minor and can stop him from seeing you.
