How much $ to charge cleaning the floors of a 3500 sq. ft. restaurant (4 bathrooms) 7 days a week 4 hours a morning?

Would this be in Malibu? Long Island, Great Falls, or some place in rural Mississippi?

It's not quite that simple... If you're by yourself, and they supply ALL the equipment and supplies, I'd charge 'em $15/hr.

If I was a business, and the job required MORE than myself, and they wanted me to clean kitchen equipment, what you'd charge can't be simply figured out...
